“Clean room, loud because of traffic but otherwise fine for a short stay”

“I stayed one night only. The room was very clean. The elevator could use some attention, but it was ok. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“A bit overpriced. After a long day of travel had to wait a long time to check in while only front desk person was on the phone. Most suites we’ve stayed at in the past had a couple of plates bowls and silverware. Lots of nice cabinets in kitchen area but all empty. No dressers in room to unpack a few things. Beds have plastic under sheets that are very noisy. Refrigerator door opened the wrong way making it difficult to access. We stay at a lot of hotels. Main plus The housekeeping staff was……

“The room was clean but the hotel could use a facelift. The most disappointing part of the stay was housekeeping knocking on the door at 11:00 am then again at 11:05 even though we told them at 11:00 that we were loading up to check out as if to say it's time to go, 11 means 11 and not a minute later. I have never had a property so adamant that close to check out time as they were.”
