“Because we were going to arrive in Szczecin early, we asked the hotel serval times for early check, but we never hear back from hotel. Then we got the text around 10 am after we had just landed in Szczecin airport, I thought this meant we can check in early ? But when we arrive hotel around 12pm, the staff told us the room wasn't ready. So we wait until 2 pm to get the room. The TV was broken in the room, so we have to switch the room. But in the new room there was a spider web on the ceiling. ……

“WiFi never worked. A message to my host was read but never answered. Both water taps, toilet seat and shower head were loose. Glass door in "bathroom" was very hard to operate. Building outside room was in need of a major renovation, very dark and full of graffiti.”
