“We notified the owner on 3 key issues: mold in bathroom, bathroom fixture (brokenthe shower) & couch never vacuumed. There is more that I wrote to correct: never heard back from her. The wobbly kitchen table unable to correct, gate entry too high to reach, no notifications on how to find local items, TV could not be changed to ENGLISH, including cable. Foreign language Punjab there as well. Toothpaste dispenser in bathroom filthy, Windex never used on mirror. Parking for vehicle extremely……

“Communication was amazing!! Even provided me with an early check-in for a nominal fee. Parking was difficult-but was not due to host, yet they continued to help me! Super clean, reasonably priced and would definitely use this host again! ”

“the kitchen is incredibly stocked, so it was very easy to cook food grocery bought meals. Also a very comfortable-looking room. Some of the things provided in the room were expired, but otherwise a good range of tea, snacks. Could hear people upstairs, but primarily when going to the washroom, otherwise it was manageable. It was lovely staying here, and would definitely consider coming back!”

“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”
