Beautiful Condo on the Ground Floor (Completely Renovated)

Newly renovated unit on the ground floor at the magnificent Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. Everything in the condo has been rebuilt due damage from hurricane Sally. This rebuild has given the condo and building a fresh look with everything being brand new.

The unit has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom, children’s bunk beds in the hall, and a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Due to being on the ground floor, there are limited views of the ocean, but the beach and pool are a short walk away. You will have the convenience of parking right outside the condo making unloading your vehicle easy, also no waiting on the elevator or climbing stairs. The grill is located right off the private patio, along with a grassy area for the children to play. The unit is in building 4 which has a huge dome indoor pool, large indoor hot tub, steam room, and fitness room.

The unit has a 55” smart tv in the living room and 43” smart tv in the bedroom, both have cable and free internet throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ice maker in refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, linens, towels, iron, and ironing board. Housekeeping provides a starter kit, one roll of toilet tissue, one roll of paper towels, one load of dish detergent, and a trash bag. The coin operated washer and dryer are just down the hall from the unit.

Great Cozy Condo

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect, just a two minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed. Brett the owner was very responsive and attended to all our questions promptly. Will definitely come back!

Place was so wonderful and exactly what I wanted and needed. Everything was as seen and perfect, just one thing the coffee pot is k-cups which wasn't really a big problem this just a heads up.

Nice winter getaway.

Took my wife for our birthdays and anniversary. The weather was not bad the heated pool, hot tub, and suna inside make it nice. Let just say for will clook to come back.

Wedding getaway

This was a fantastic trip. We came down for my nieces wedding and everything was fantastic. We extended our stay an extra day and our gost was super accomodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better trip. We would recommend to stay here 5 stars for sure.

Excellent Condo

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, close to hot tub and indoor pool, close to laundry. Being on the ground floor, it was easy to walk out the back patio and go straight to the beach. Condo is close to end of unit so not a lot of walk thru traffic which was great for children going to be early! (Very quiet) We will definitely be returning. The condo itself was very clean and newly renovated. 5 out of 5 stars! You will NOT regret staying here. (Side note: bring a collapsible laundry basket if you plan on doing laundry, just for ease of carrying)

Could use a deep clean

Everything was as expected except for the cleanliness. The kitchen table still had crumbs and stickiness like it hadn’t been wiped down at all, white socks turned completely black from walking around inside for a few hours, and shower had small hairs in it like someone just shaved. The bathroom was full of cobwebs and spiders. We were only there for 2 nights or else I would have asked for someone to come clean again.

Great location!!

Super cute and great location! Our check in process was great as well as the communication with the owner. Condo was for the most part clean, we did notice when we pulled out the sofa bed that there were crumbs on the mattress, I had to wipe down the stove top (food particles in the burner trays) and the fridge door had greasy hand prints all over it. There were some things we noticed could be added to help those that cook in instead of going out, definitely need pot holders and hand towels and maybe a rug at the back door to wipe off sandy feet before entering. We would probably stay again..we would just have to pack a few extra things to accommodate us while there. We had a wonderful week though and enjoyed much needed family time!!

We found the condo nice and comfortable. The kitchen trash can was broken step and no toliet paper dispenser. I would have liked to have a few cleaning supplies as in broom, vacuum. I never received any rules on how to leave the place so I left it as I would a hotel. I am very grateful that I was able to get in touch with the host of the condo the day we arrived. He helped us tremendously and I will recommend him in the future.

Fun vacay

Place was amazing. Very clean and ready for to use. Kids enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pools. Water was warm and clean and the pools. The beach was so fun and not over crowded.

Short little weekend getaway

Condo was perfect for husband & I to get away for a few days. The bed was so comfortable! We love the location it’s super convenient to almost anywhere you want to go in the area.Only two wishes that I have is that it would have had some start up coffee for the keurig & more than one roll of toilet paper.

Nice unit on ground floor

The unit was small, but nice. It's very close to the indoor pool and hot tub, which was perfect for us. Not a long walk to the beach or other pools. It was exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This is the second year we have stayed at the Plantation Resort. The condo was beautiful, and looked exactly like the photos. Being on the ground floor was a huge bonus! We didn’t have to carry all our belongings up multiple flights of stairs like in the past. We prefer to be away from the large crowds, so the location is perfect. The dollar store nearby and the restaurant at the resort were very convenient.
