"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. "Overall a very good standard as you’d expect from a Swedish hostel. A fair uphill walk from the train station, not far from a couple of supermarkets. Nice lounges and dining room. A washing machine and dryer available to use for a fair fee. We stayed in both a bunk bed double and a family room and the latter is far superior for not that big price difference."

The two staff members I encountered were very attentive and efficient during breakfast - which was surprisingly plentiful for the price - making sure to replenish everything. The guy manning the front desk - I have to assume he's the owner (or should be!) was exceptionally helpful and friendly!"
