"Our stay at the Clermont was outstanding, easily a 12/10\. After a long flight from NY, having our room ready early was such a gift. The staff were Amazing, especially Kamil and Rhene. Everyone at every turn was so friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was the icing on the cake. Easily accessible to Everything! Right above the underground, yet when you enter the hotel, it seems like you are miles away. The added touches made my daughter’s birthday extra special and were so thoughtful. The hotel is charming and beautiful, honestly the photos don’t do it justice. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Afternoon tea was delightful. This will likely be the only place I stay in London when I return!"

Staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. Selling point is definitely the location. 2 minutes walk to 2 tube stations with direct tubes to central London, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Would stay again. "
