There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. It was perfect and you had everything you need for a family in it. fully equipped kitchen coffee machine there is even a grill in the garden. enjoyed the view of the mountains around us and it was only 5 minutes walk to the famous hallstatt lake. very clean and cozy. the only issues I faced is the room downstairs have small beds that is not that comfy,and the internet is not that good I think mainly because we are in……

“We showed up to the hotel under construction and rooms with no AC. Finding staff was a nightmare, towards the night we found out that whoever was there that night quit and left the entire hotel unattended. She also left the keys to the hotel out in the open for anyone to grab with a note that read "free" after that we felt unsafe and distraught. Would not come back”
