“The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”

“Al llegar al hotel, mi reserva no coincidía con la que tenía el hotel. Me he alojado unos 10 años en este hotel y parece que ha cambiado de gerencia. El mantenimiento es precario. Así, por ejemplo, una lámpara de mi habitación no funcionaba y la otra, fluorescente, parpadeaba constantemente. A pesar de pedir que lo arreglaran (cambiar una bombilla no parece una labor titánica), no se ha sustituido ninguna de las luces. Los cuartos de baño merecen también un buen repaso. “The room was spotless and perfect for sour overnight stay. But the staff were exceptionally friendly especially Matthew, we had, had a very long day driving because of the weather and to be greeted with warmth and a smile was a delight. Thank you ”

“sur les photos du site ,tout va bien ..... a l'arrivé c'est diffèrent chambre moyennement propre(suite surement a des travaux récents) très forte odeur de peinture (obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée) pas de personnel après 19h00 ,bien sur on peut appeler un numéro ....Chambres avec une literie correcte ,pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ,pas de vmc dans les chambres (condensation sur les vitres le lendemain )insonorisation inexistante (tout s'entend ..LES PORTES QUI……

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……
