“This property is good but could be so much better with just a few updates. Overall it was clean and in a perfect location near the downtown area. The blinds were in a bit of disrepair. Many were damaged. The bed sheets were rather rough, new but a lower quality. There were no games, not even a deck of cards. We had 4 towels to 3 people over two nights. With two of them women, that was a bit on the low side. There is one tv in the living room. None in the bedrooms. This isn't a huge issue……

“We enjoyed the cabin by itself on a hill. Perfect with a fire place, grill, and everything you would have at home right there for you to use. Rules for the cabin was exactly what i would expect for my own house. We will for sure be coming to stay here again. Our family was so happy there!”

“Property owner was very nice and responded very quickly. The apt was very clean and I was more than pleased with my stay. Easy walk or drive to downtown Hardy. The neighbors were very nosy all night but that’s really the only complaint I had. Everything else was perfect. ”

“We have family in Mammoth Spring and Ash Flat, so we will become regulars! The outdoor setting was so relaxing! From sitting on the porch rocker listening to Willie, Waylon, and the boys to watching the stars and grilling with my pups. The cozy cabin setting and rain hitting the tin roof was just what the doctor ordered!”

“We have rented other property from this owner several times in the past (who is amazing) but this one is our favorite! The cabin is nice and we took advantage of both the balcony and the patio with brand new grill. It’s private and thoughtful! Only complaint is the drive way needs to be paved but everything else is superb. We will definitely rent this space year after year for as long as we can!”

“We watched the eclipse from the pretty patio looking over the Spring River. All was relaxed and friendly. Some may dislike the steep driveway, but there was plenty of parking once you get up the driveway. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the Hardy area.”

“We were under the impression when we booked that it was a house. However it was a duplex and we had both sides. It worked out fine was just a little disappointing we weren’t all under one roof. The manager was quick to respond to any messages and very helpful. The lake is beautiful and we woke up with ducks and geese right out the back door. We will definitely be booking again in the future.”

“Stayed here for Christmas. Absolutely adorable property. So clean. So inviting. So cozy. I ended up staying an extra night which was painless to arrange. Host is very accommodating and fast to respond to my questions and request. This place housed 2 of us very comfortable. Even has a bathroom upstairs in the loft bedroom. I will def be back to this property. Was a great experience, do yourself a favor and go ahead and book :)”

“Upon arrival I was not impressed with some of the "junk" like old RV's, etc. around the area. We arrived late so it was hard to see and find the house. I was a bit nervous due to what I could see. The area is old and run down. The house wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. The towels and cookware need to be replaced.
