Want to the office for towels and they kept saying that they didn't know what room we were . Same girl registered us in and they were not busy. Claimed that we were in the new building. The door trim was off and you could see the outside and it's was -16c feeling like -22c. Would never recommend nor will we ever return. BUT, my gosh you could hear every dang noise, from people walking around above you (we were on first floor) to people conversing in the hallway like you were beside them. The sound proofing is very poor, if you stay, request to be anywhere but the first floor. We had planned to sleep in a bit on our vacation but was woke up at 6am and it was non stop after that with people walking by on their way to the buffet for breakfast (which was really good). Had we been able to sleep without interruption frok all the noise I would have gave this 4-5 stars for sure.
