“Meine Frau und ich fühlten uns hier leider nicht wohl. Die Bettwäsche roch sehr unangenehm nach Mottenkugeln oder Insektenvernichtungsmittel. Dazu hatten wir einen Käfer im Bett. Wir checkten daher direkt wieder aus, ohne zu übernachten. Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Bei Reklamation wurde dann behauptet, dass Zimmer wäre in Ordnung gewesen und man hätte uns auch ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten. Zuerst schien man auch noch anzunehmen, dass wir……

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……
