"Lovely welcome. A beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. Food was excellent - evening meal and breakfast. Room was spacious. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. "

They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"The hotel was good value and conveniently located. The bed comfortable and everywhere extremely clean. When booking, Expedia describe this particular room type as having a shower and also as having a private bathroom, which is somewhat confusing. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "

"Wonderful lodge in a wonderful valley! Great service. Great breakfast. It is on a busy road, so road noise was an issue if the window was open, and warm enough that we wanted it open all night. I think the rooms on the south side of the property would be quieter. Not a lot of nearby dining options, so would be great if they reopen their beautiful restaurant."

"Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! "
