“Check in went so smoothly we reserved 5 rooms with everyone coming at different times. Had no problems at all.”

The sheet was piling, the room was muggy for the first 12 hours of our stay, it smelled damp, the carpet was sticky & left a black coating on the bottom of our feet (we know it was the carpet because we all had showered) The Wi-Fi was very slow. The pool looked murky & the hot tub was broken. If I was them,……

“The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed……
