“Great staff”

“Had loud neighbors they keep slapping doors, my key card didn’t like to work for door.”

“The hotel was overbooked and we had to travel another 35 mikes to find a room. Staff wasn't helpful at all.”

“Beautiful site and great room. Ice machine is broken in the bldg I was in and it was 93 degrees. Was instructed to go to main bldg for ice. NOT!! Very disappointed I’m handicap and there was no one there to assist me. Very disappointed in that especially. I can live without ice, but no help is frustrating. No one is in this bldg to help people with handicap ( bringing luggage to and back to vehicle ) , guess I could have called. I felt very isolated, but some people may really like that. Food……

“The facility is clen and well run. Breakfast (self-serve buffet) is like any other budget hotel, not bad but nothing to write home about. And it is a far better choice than the the other hotel(motel, actually) in a town with limited choices.”

“Amenities were a bed toilet and shower. I have problems with my vision. The lighting in the room was horrid! I turned on the tv and I couldn't even get Fox New Channel. Oh I could get every liberal network I wanted what a sham. The internet kept going out and tv was buffering all the time, how irritating. No bathroom fan, what????? If you are going to run a motel the least you could do is keep up the basics. What a pit. You should get out of the motel business and let someone else run it……

“Expedia over booked so we didn't have a room when we got there and it was a busy weekend. The owner said she told them she was full but they booked me anyway. So I don't think I'll be using Expedia again.”

“it took almost an hour to track down staff to check in. I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally……
