“Cabin smelt terrible. (I understand it was from the fire place which is to be expected in a cabin.) Parking was terrible. I was afraid I was going to get stuck with the rain coming in. Couch and bed were not comfortable. Hot tub was so loud it kept us awake. We ended up leaving at 1:00am that morning to go home. ”

“The host was very welcoming and communicated well. Check-in was flawlessly easy. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful -- it was a perfect spot for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. But the driveway was steep enough that I would not risk staying here during snowy or icy conditions. And even though we paid a cleaning fee and non-refundable insurance, we were still expected to clean the house before we left, which may be more of a complaint against VRBO...

“Cabin was beautiful and clean. All the games for kids was a huge plus my kids loved the giant connect 4 game. Quiet an peaceful location the host thought of everything even sugar an coffee creamer. We had a wonderful time only a 10 minute drive to downtown!”

“We had a wonderful vacation in Helen! We shopped, ate a number of meals of local cuisine, and relaxed at the charming cabin. We had 5 adults and a baby and we had plenty of room. The cabin was easy to access and was close to local shopping and eateries. We were able to all relax on the first floor of the cabin to eat a meal together or to relax watching TV. We would definitely rent this caving again. The owners were easily accessible to get info from or to answer questions.”
