“While the inside of the house was clean the outside was terrible! The porch/patio had not been cleaned in a while! There was dirt and thick pollen on everything. There were leaves and burrs from the sycamore trees everywhere! In the base of the patio table there were glass shards. The hot tub had chorine tablets in it but the seats had dirt in them and the sides were gritty. We could not open the cover all the way as it was backed up too close to the fence. The grill had a squirrel nest……

“Willene, the host was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, it rained the entirety of our stay so we were unable to fully enjoy the river but it was beautiful and I’m sure we would have enjoyed spending time there if it wasn’t raining so much! Our grandchildren stopped by and were able to enjoy the river for a bit! We did visit Helen, Georgia on one day and on our last night there we had dinner at Hiawassee Brew. The food was really good and the ciders and beers were tried were all……

“It was my first time. And we did enjoy it. Didn't use fireplace. It was clean and we did enjoy the hot tub.And bed slept good love playing pool.Everything was good.”

“The property looked nothing like the pictures on the outside. The property is all grown up with weeds. It was hard to tell where the steps were. The upstairs bedroom said it had a queen bed… it is a full bed that was very stiff and squeaked so bad when you moved at all. The back deck needs alot of work and one of the boards is rotten and needs replaced. The outside fir pit area was also all grown up. The upstairs door was broke the door to the master bedroom where also broken. The stairs had a……

“The property is cute as it can be. Perfect for my husband & I to have a long weekend getaway with our dog. We hiked some trails at Vogel State Park and visited Blairsville & Helen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather not cooperating completely.”
