“Staff was wonderful. The rooms were very clean.The room was warm during a very cold spell, when I got there”

“This Property had bed bugs. When I went to the front desk they were not surprised and told me to leave. They said they would give me a refund but I booked through Expedia so we will see what happens now. ”

I will say though, the signage indicates 100% pet free though another guest was told by front desk while I was checking in that there are rooms for dogs so... maybe not 100% pet free... This is for anyone with allergies and sharing hallways and elevator. I had a wonderful stay though!!”

“Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever……
