“I grabbed a pillow from the wardrobe that was in a "clean" plastic bag, the pillow was infested with bed bugs as I got bitten on my head, neck, hands and arms. My wife, who was next to me, was not bitten, so I assume it was the pillow. Pls take necessary measures to clean.”

“Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.”

I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.”

“Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further. The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean. The separate "DIY" breakfast room was a great facility allowing us to choose when to have breakfast and build ourselves an excellent continental style breakfast. “I booked this hotel at very short notice while preparing to travel from the northeast of Scotland to visit a seriously ill family member for what was expected to be a final visit. Unfortunately, on the morning of our planned departure for the 8-hour journey, we received the sad news that our family member had passed away, meaning the trip was no longer required. We contacted the hotel immediately to explain the exceptional circumstances and respectfully requested a refund or goodwill……

“The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. The bedding and towels were lovely and soft and smelt nice and the bed was very comfy. It was close to Hornsea and a large Tesco. I would……
