“The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in……

“Room was very clean even when we had to switch rooms because we clogged the toilet oops. The breakfast might not have been the freshest but otherwise everyone was super friendly!”

“This place was absolutely fantastic, from cleanliness to staff friendliness! The amenities were extremely useful! The gym had relevant equipment that was not dated! It included 2 separate rooms, one spacious space for weight training, one more intimate space for yoga/calisthenics. Maybe the gym was my favorite part! There was also a pool area (indoor). The courtyard was amazing, great place to enjoy the scenery or mingle with other travelers. The ENTIRE place here was conducive for business and……

“We reserved a double queen bed room and when we arrived they put us in a single bed room. A double bed. For myself, my sister, and my 18 year old son. They had to bring us a rollaway bed which was hard as a rock and the actual bed in the room was slanted and uneven. Thankfully we only needed it for one night but we won’t be staying here again. No offers of reduced rates or anything for our situation. ”

“Parking was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 instead of 10:00 Room had.bugs, microwave was broken and we had to sleep with microwave door open or it beeped on and off all night. The light from the microwave kept us awake.”
