“Great historic place to stay. Right on the circle with many dining and entertainment options close by including beach on Lake Jackson. Love the Irish bar downstairs too!”

“Unfortunately the room was very humid and woke up sweating. Turn it down to 60 and left for work came back in and couldn’t tell the difference from being outside. It’s tucked away and secluded from everything so it has an eerie vibe. Cool place I’m sure during race weekend or season or whatever. But I was looking for basic above average room and I don’t believe they achieved that.”

“Room was way too hot and ac didn't work to cool down after 1/2 hr. No answer at front desk for 20 min. Didn't answer phone either. Notified Expedia and they couldn't reach property manager either. Had to leave and book another room. Waste of time! Don't book a room here. Was surprised it was even listed on Expedia.”

“Resolve problem that we needed a last minute place to stay on labor day weekend we just needed a place to sleep.rooms where a little stuffy smell like humidity...and very outdated ac and linens etc. If you're not too picky , you ll survive”
