Renovated and professionally decorated 3 bedroom (with an additional study/nook with a queen bed), 2 ½ bath townhome with a casual beach cottage feel. Just steps away from Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops and restaurants. Only a short 5 minute stroll (1 ½ blocks) to the spacious and open beach and the new Coligny Beach Park (a must-see) with beautiful hardwood boardwalk, showers, changing stations, gazebo, and geyser-style fountain.

Two Master Bedrooms with King Beds and 46” HDTVs. Spacious Guest Room with Double Bunk Beds to comfortably sleep four. Additional room/study with Queen Bed.

Open den, dining room and kitchen. Den provides a great gathering space with walk-out to patio and just steps to the pool. 55” Smart HDTV over faux fireplace.

Annual Ladies Getaway

This is a fabulous property in heart of everything but still a quiet location. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Within walking distance of everything in the area. Will definitely return.

Too much “decor” in the way, not really needed on the bathroom countertops, corner of the stairs and foyer. Just a tip. We moved a lot of it out the way and put it back.

Pictures are accurate and location is great for Coligny Area. Everything is walkable and most of the rest of the island is a bike ride away.

We loved this place! The set up with the two different floors for the bedrooms and bathrooms was great! Things that would make this a five star listing would be: having beach chairs on property to use and more outlets or charging stations. Loved seeing the local alligator at the nearby pond and being able to walk to restaurants and shops!

Traveled with girlfriends for a getaway. The house had plenty of room for a much larger group. The pool was steps away and the beach & shops were very close. We’d stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head. The area has tons of shops & art galleries. We went on several day trips to Savannah, Charleston, & Beaufort. Lots of historic tours. Our condo was in a great location & very quiet.

Wonderful stay at great location

We had a blast at this place. Four adults, one preschooler, one infant. The location and walkability was perfect. The place was well appointed and plenty of space! The access to pool was especially nice being right outside the back entrance. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo for our family and friends. 2 spacious master bedrooms, wonderful kids bunk bed room and an extra special nook for relaxing. The owners were quick to respond and all was there that we needed for our stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! We were impressed right away with the location of the unit! It is so close to Coligny Plaza and the beach! We walked everywhere! We also loved how homey the place felt and the pool area in the back was beautiful! I spent every morning drinking my coffee at the table on the back patio admiring nature! The complex was very quiet and it was so nice to just have the patio and front screen door open! The breeze flew through the place!The owner, John, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! Thank you!We would definitely stay again and probably bring more family with us next time! This time around it was just my husband and out two little ones (11 months and 2) but the unit can sleep and fit way more comfortably!

Great set up in a great location

This condo was perfect for us and our friends. The 2 master bedrooms plus the kids room with dual bunk beds, along with the top floor loft gave everyone the space we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Location is perfect to walk to so many places in Coligny and we were able to walk to the beach as well.

Our annual vacation

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Location was the best, close to all the stores for shopping for groceries, and everything else. We had a small issue with the TV channels, I know most people don’t go on vacation for TV, but we talked to John and his suggestions were ok for us, he also followed up the next day. The place was very updated, beds and pillows were very comfortable. I’d recommend this to anyone.
