“Easy parking, nice hotel, and the restaurant has very good food”

“Unlike many other La Quintas visited, Radford is a bit run-down, needing a makeover. Most of the usual La Quinta expectations were met: clean & comfortable. But the overall condition needs a facelift to stay in line with usual expectations.”

“The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked……

“Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Rust in the tub. Tub floor also looked very dingy. We put a hand towel in the tub to stand on in order to not be grossed out. Multiple hairs in one of the beds. My daughter didn’t want to sleep in the bed because we weren’t positive the sheets had been cleaned. Gross. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very very friendly. Front desk staff deserve 5 stars. ”

“We finally found our new favorite overnight stay on our trips from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. This newer place has everything! Clean room, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast, many, many amenities including wt. room, pool table, indoor pool, safe location, etc. The staff was courteous and informative. And there were even more posititives - all booked for an incredible low price! Thank You.”

“Has all amenities. Pet friendly but also has rooms where pets aren’t allowed for people with pet allergies. Nice, modern. ”

“This hotel was Disgusting and the staff was so rude. They wouldn’t allow us to have our dog in the “suite” room so her crate had to be in front of the door which was an extreme fire safety hazard for us. We traveled with 5 kids and i felt like we were all going to leave with bedbugs. Beds were so uncomfortable and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Would never stay again and would never recommend to anyone.”
