"One of the best places to stay in Hanoi. Excellent budget friendly hotel. In the heart of the backpacking district. Rooms immaculate and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, nicely decorated. We stayed here twice on our trip to Vietnam- cancelling out of a crappy place a block away knowing going back to Bonjour D’an Nam would not disappoint!! "

"Very nice reception from the staff at the entrance, beautiful and clean room with comfortable bed (but pillows too big, with no other options of softer ones). No black out drapes, despite being advertised. Breakfast was not good: small and noisy dining room with no windows, very limited choice, flies everywhere around food display, staff not very helpful, omelets greasy. That was surprising compared to the rest of the hotel."

"Room was very clean. The staff were amazing. I like that it is quiet that I don't hear my neighbours. The buffet was really good. They served us snacks when we arrived and packed us food for the airport when we left cause it was early in the morning. The staff were very accommodating. Overall, amazing experience."
