“This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. “we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay.……

“Check in was simple at the front desk. But after, that the desk was not manned. Come to find out Lacasa Villas is obviously owned by the same folks that own the resort next door. Breakfast was resort quality across the street. That front desk was manned, so I went over there when I needed anything. And they took great care of me. The location was quiet, but a busy area was just a block away. The river with the lanterns was about 8 minutes away. Ancient City shopping started about 10……

“The Calm House was exactly as described… a calm house. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed after being in busy Hanoi! The staff/family that manage the property treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.
