"One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Room was very dirty. Stains all over walls. Floor felt sticky. Bed sheets were paper thin. The air quality was terrible. The AC did work but it just brought the cigarette smoke in from outside. The bathroom door was broken and I was stuck inside. The knob would not turn so I had to use a credit card to open the latch. The hallways smelled disgusting. Between 1:30 and 2am the place became a party with loud music and doors slamming. Constant traffic. I actually felt very unsafe and checked out before 3am just to get out of there. The front desk must have know what was going on because when I was checking out so early, he called a room and told them to turn the music down. Never again "

"Very cool part of town. A speakeasy and French restaurant in the hotel and a fun karaoke bar in same building. Younger visitors would love it. As an older guest I loved it also."

"Great hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Good for families. Indoor and outdoor pool. Several restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking. This is not in Newport proper but 12-15 minutes away. Highly recommend for families needing a little more space and budget friendly. "
