"Overall our stay was okay - lovely daily breakfast from our hosts and close to all things we needed on this trip. Our main challenge was the unit we booked was not the unit we were given. The first unit lacked air conditioning which was a must in extremely hot weather. We had to make several asks for the correct unit and had escalate to VRBO. All in the end was solved."

"Es war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist so schön, alles ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Indoor-Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und angenehmen 31 Grad war einfach mega super. Durch die großen Fenster war es immer schön warm unabhängig von den Temperaturen draußen. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
