“Internet did not function in my room throughout my full, two day stay. I reported the problem and was told it had been fixed but clearly it wasn't. My laptop did function normally in the lobby but once I bought it back to my room, it repeatedly lost connection.
Otherwise, everything was fine. That is: staff tried to help, hotel was clean, breakfast was as expected, hotel was easy to find etc..”
