“Good location for food and gas”

“The front desk staff and bar staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was little to no eye contact and front desk lady was on her phone while checking me (us) in. When I asked about the fire pit on the patio to be turned on, I was told it was not the season for it however, another couple was sitting by a fire on the other side of the courtyard. I feel we were discriminated against due to being a same-sex couple. The bar server was asked about the brands of tequila and walked away while……

“The pictures on booking do not match the actual motel not hotel. The room spell like smoke when i was supposedly in a non smoking room. It did not have a great variety of food for breakfast. The kitchen staff could not even speak English. ”

“We enjoyed our return trip to this beautiful historic property! Our room was awesome and the balcony a bonus! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast!”

“In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous”

“Hotel was clean, staff friendly, i would have liked to have had our beds made daily, but i didn't request it, im sure had i asked they would have. They did give us fresh towels etc when needed. Would definitely stay again. ”
