"A modern hotel with great ambient and spacious rooms. It’s well located, next to a train station, with easy access to anywhere and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides you have all amenities you may need during your stay and you have a Japanese baths for relaxing end of day, after the long walks visiting the city. The hotel also has a laundry room for the clients, counting what 4 washing and 4 drying machines - way too insufficient for the amount of guest and during pick hour (in the evening for example) you will need to wait in the long queue to have your laundry done. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was good, with something for every taste."

"El hotel se encuentra estratégicamente a 1.4km del aeropuerto, tienen servicio de transportación sin costo aeropuerto-hotel, hotel-aeropuerto, eso es un gran plus!! Habitaciones muy espaciosas, te ofrecen cepillos de dientes, rastrillos, esponjas, cepillo, etc Todo muy bueno, en las habitaciones tienes yucatas para usar dentro de tu cuarto también muy cómodas así como pantuflas. Inicialmente me mandaron un correo donde indicaba que el check in era a las 2pm y luego más abajo decía que cambio a partir de hace unos meses a las 3pm. Yo llegue a las 2pm y no pude hacer check in pero me ayudaron a guardar mis maletas mientras hice shopping por la tarde. En general me gusto la experiencia y el servicio del hotel. Lo he recomendado ya a varios viajeros que preguntan donde quedarse cerca del aeropuerto."
