"The condo itself was beautiful with all amentities you could want. The problem is the property management company. You have to go offsite to get the keys, then the gates were not working and when I called twice they told me nothing wrong with gates and we ended up parking outside in Keystone parking lot and having to walk and carry our stuff I saw a handyman and he said gates were not working so they ended up sending someone to just leave gate open all weekend. "Overall this is a great spot - convenient, great staff, great bar/food options. The only slight negative was the lack of cleanliness of the outdoor space (lots of dirty dishes left on tables with no people sitting at them) and the missing corn hole sacks. Other than that the experience was stellar and we would definitely return. Also, the bar staff deserve a raise. I have never seen hotel bartenders so eager and willing to accommodate guests close to closing/after posted hours. Truly exceptional service from the check in desk and at the bar for sure."
