Bibas and his staff could not have been more helpful during our 8 night stay, going above and beyond by providing me with care and support after I sprained my ankle badly. "Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, next to the garden of dreams which was a good marker when travelling around Kathmandu. Short walk into the Thamel nightlife, restaurants and bars. Money exchange office very close to the hotel with the rates the same as others within the city. Pick up from the airport was included and helpful in initially finding the hotel. For the return to the airport the hotel arranged a minibus and we paid, about £5. The only downside is if you have mobility issues as there are no lifts. I would recommend this hotel!"
