“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

They should make it all inclusive, or at least free breakfast and free shuttle should be a must where the guests can go from place to place. “The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her? Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service.”

“The property is centrally located, especially for Oistins. It is located off Lodge Road, so it’s on a bus route with buses readily available for going to Bridgetown and surrounding areas. The host was impeccable. Wi-Fi was reliable and consistent.”

“This was the most noisiest hotel I’ve ever been too, I was sleep and woke up to a church service going on in the morning time every morning I stayed at this resort. I would not stay here again even though it was convenient with local transportation around, I just needed to rest on vacation and that I could not do”

“The property was simply okay. If you’re seeking a budget friendly area near the beach and still by strips of restaurants, this may be the place for you. I believe the upkeep is average because this resort is definitely on the smaller side and could be maintaining way more. However, I do believe this may have been a hotspot 10 years ago, but it could benefit greatly from a remodel now. There were also ants crawling from under the walls into the bathroom. I could tell this was a usual routine for……

“Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal.……

“The location was great. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and walkable to St. Lawrence Gap for more bars and restaurants. The room was big enough and comfortable for a couple.”
