"I give 5 stars to this hotel. Location is convenient. Easy to call Grab. Restaurants are located within 10min of walk. I recommend Restauron Ipoh 新怡保飯店 for dinner. Inside the room, clean, tidy and you have everything you need, tooth brush, tooth paste, coffee machines, nespresso capsule etc. air con is strong, bed is comfortable, can relax after a hot day’s walk. Breakfast is made to order, fresh and delicious. Staff are exceptional friendly. I stay in many 5-stars hotel but nobody like Bedrock who will bring you to the room and show you where the amenities are. Debbie, the hotel manager, is very friendly and helpful on any question you may have. I’m very happy with my stay here at Bedrock and will recommend to travelers in Ipoh."

"Staff are nice and helpful. They provide free shuttle drive you to some specified places including train station to and from hotel. The driver Uncle Addy is a helpful and humorous person. They also provide simple breakfast . It will be perfect if the sleeping bed could be larger because they is only two single bed."

"The hotel maintains a very high degree of safety and security standard for their customers. Both the main entrance and the reception counter on the 12/F were respectively posted with a security guard. A 7-11 shop located on the G/F is convenient for purchase of food and sundry items. The variety of food and beverages provided in the breakfast maintained an acceptable quality of taste. But I don’t know why there was a bad smell at the toilet during my stay, On conclusion, the stay in this hotel was value for money."
