“The condo was great, the bed left a lot to be desired, not comfortable at all. The location was wonderful. We did have some issues with other guests hanging outside our door at 10 pm being really loud. At one point one of them was actually leaning against our door. “We stayed in this house 2 years ago and it was perfect for our family so we wanted to return. Working with Charleston Vacay was a very positive experience. Check in went smoothly. We received all codes and necessary information about an hour before check in. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Appliances worked well. The big dining table is a plus for us. “Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app!
