We were greeted when we first walked in, was given information about becoming a member and collecting points etc. We stay at best westerns numerous times every year and no one has ever given us this spiel. The girl the next morning working at the breakfast buffet was also wonderful and super helpful. Biggest improvement needed would be more convenient parking spaces.”

“This hotel is in a great location for our drive. It is close to 3 restaurants , had adequate parking and friendly staff. We did not use other amenities such as the pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a good variety of hot and cold items. My one concern of the hotel was an apparent shortage of staff on site when we checked in. We required some additional pillows and extra towel and blanket for the 3 member of our party. The very nice young lady who checked us……
