“We were put in a handicap room, my husband and myself we are not handicapped.There were no amenities. I don’t know what else to say. It just was not pleasant. The room was empty. The manager seemed to be helpful, but she wasn’t. She blamed me and she thought it was about the money.😔 dirty sheets, couldn’t take a shower. The tub would fill up fast. We had to get on the housekeeping cart for cups still no bottle water to make coffee, but we will charge for coffee when my husband asked where was……

“breakfast was ok.. cooking staff a male seemingly of Asian descent was extremely rude. Telling us we could only get one pancake while others weren't limited. However The front Desk staff was absolutely amazing William B. was very inviting, welcoming,eager to help,and catered to each customer with respect.”
