“The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated that they had snacks and beverages for purchase at the front desk. I used the workout room while I was staying at Springhill. Unfortunately, the pool was quite small and the refrigerator in our room, and in some other family member's rooms as well, never cooled down and stayed slightly warm. Our food did not stay fresh. I also hopped for a waffle maker at the breakfast, as well as breakfast potatoes at least one day. We stayed for a total of three……

“Everything was great!”

“Great hotel, clean and in a great location!”

“Clean room. Some garbage in hallways. Staff ok.”

“I really liked the patio area and paved walking trails, beautiful scenery. The pool was great and the hot tub too. It was very very noise, way too many kids screaming and running around, it really took away from the experience. My room had what appeared to be water damage around the window, causing drywall bits/powder to come loose and cause a little mess. The staff were amazing and always ready to help.”

“Why my 1 week stay in my double queen bed suite was fantastic! The room’s lighting was bright and cheerful; the huge screened LG TV’s reception was excellent; the appliances in the kitchenette functioned well; my bed and pillows were very comfortable; there was a good water flow from the shower; the housekeeping dept. came daily an did an excellent job keeping my room clean and well supplied! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks an uplifting, peaceful hotel stay!”

“Bathroom needs more light!!!”

“The service is not good at all”
