“Location location location! Erica’s Oasis is in the old town next to great food and drinks. The market is 10 minutes away. Don’t forget to get thyme honey and fresh yoghurt for breakfasts!! The street is so quiet. We made our own dinner one night and sat on the balcony soaking up Kalamata. The walk to the beach is 40 minutes, but doable. We recommend an evening stroll and swim before dinner. The apartment is very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools… and AC in every room. Perfect……

“We stayed for four nights. The view is amazing, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the grounds are nice. However, it seems like the property is being redone or there is a new owner and it is not fully operational yet. This place says it is 5 stars but it frankly isn’t. It does not have the amenities or service to claim being five stars. We were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise and made the stay better value. When we checked in we were told the bar was not operational.……

“We were two families (total 8 people) who stayed at the apartment and the apartment was great! We utilized the 3 bedrooms and the host had also set up the pull out sofa for the kids in preparation for our arrival. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we were able to check in a little earlier). Rooms were cleaned every 4 days (we stayed for 2 weeks), and it was great having a laundry room with new washer and dryer for the tenants to share during their stay. Location was great! Close to……

“Generally good and basic clean. Kitchen area needed more attention. Appliances and kitchenware not clean or not properly cleaned. I stayed 1.5 months and they provided cleaning service two times which is good. Fridge a bit dirty, pots oily ect (i found dried pasta on a strainer :( ). Communication with the handler very good but the owners not so good. I requested a microwave and they brought it to me but on the other hand they complained for my a/c usage (?????). Beds not very comfortable.……
