“Hotel was nice and clean”

“Check-in was via computer and took quite a bit of time. There was an employee there but he did not help until he printed our keys. Property was well worn. The sofa was worn out. The bed was broke, luckily we had a second bed in our room that was fine. We arrived around 9pm. Room was very hot and humid so much so that the bathroom floor was wet. A/C worked but had not been turned on. Took a while for room to cool off. Breakfast was minimal. AM employee was nice.”

“Good property. Old walk to restaurants, people were kind an helpful, breakfast was good.”

“Stayed with the kids and wife for a sports weekend. Always have a good experience at any Hyatt Place. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were pretty much soundproof. There were many other families with young children and you could not hear them moving about. So definitely a family friendly place to stay. Convenient. We ended up having to take a child to the ER and the children’s hospital was right down the road! That made me feel comfortable. Anyways, definitely……
