"The views could absolutely not be beat and the cottage was clean, and very comfortable. I got to watch eagles doing their thing on the beach below me, and even had one float up from the beach in front of me and soar around me for awhile. It was an absolutely gorgeous place to call home base!"

"Gary and Teresa were waiting at the gate with smiles and a great Alaska welcome. The cabin was filled with nick knacks that gave it a real homie feeling. I had access to the garden which gave me fresh lettuce everyday. Oh by the way I hope your guys tomatoes got ripe. I would come back again, and would recommend it to family and friends. "

"There was some miscommunication about the booking and details were not received for access prior to arrival. That being said when this was realized Robbie made extra efforts to make my son and I at home including bringing us supplies to make fireside smores. The property is well set up for fishing, and freezing processing the catch. Though it was a short stay I look forward to booking a longer visit in the future. "

"The sparkling appliances and open floor plan make this a spacious upstairs studio. The slanted roof means taller people will need to watch their heads along the wall side of the bed (I’m 5’6” and rubbed my head on the ceiling once while getting out of bed and walking to the kitchen). The charming front deck is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of joe and breathe in the scent of sun-warmed pines.
