The property is a Bay-Side Trailer located in the community of Sexton Cove on Mile Marker (MM) 106\. It's peaceful and quiet and only 1 hour from Miami and 2 hours from Key West. Conveniently located near family-owned restaurants, shops and markets. Close to the world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park where you can enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, going to the beach or taking a tour on a Glass-Bottom boat. While in Downtown Key Largo, boat charters and fishing trips are available. You will find Jacobs Aquatic Center which has 2 pools and an interactive water park featuring a Pirate Ship. Great for kids! Or if your style is more laid back, BBQ and enjoy either the huge screened terrace with its comfortable patio furniture that overlooks the canal or enjoy sitting underneath the Tiki Hut looking out onto the bay. Kayaks and canoe available for use. Located in the Sexton Cove community is a boat ramp which could be used to launch your boat. Maximum length 23 feet. Ample parking for vehicle and trailer at the property. Within "Casa del Agua" there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Open concept living space with kitchen, dining room and living room, with sofa folding out into a full-size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized refrigerator/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots & pans, dinning ware, glassware and more! Also included are linens and towels. Central air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room. Washer and Dryer, TV and Wi-Fi. This was our third time to stay in Key Largo, but our first one to stay at this property. The owners are amazing people and we’re so kind, fun, hospitable and considerate. It was fully furnished with everything we might need, inside and out. We really appreciated the very large screened-in area and spent time there daily. There is a nice gas grill there and we used it frequently. We also really enjoyed the patio area and the Tiki down by the canal. We made use of the fire pit in the tiki. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. There was not a dishwasher or disposal, but we quickly adapted to that. We also really appreciated there being a washer and dryer In the trailer for us to use during our stay. Manatees came by and visited a couple times in the canal, and we observed several fish, including mullets and tarpon. The canal gives you easy access to the bay area. The property even had two kayaks which my husband made use of in fishing the mangroves behind the property. Key Largo area is a very nice area with lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do. I frequently walked to the Family Dollar and Winn-Dixie stores. Key Largo is the northernmost Key, only an hour from Miami, so you can drive south all the way to Key West and see other Keys along the way.
