“The location was premier. There are steps to enter so FYI for anyone who needs assistance. Our room had a leak in the sink. They were unable to put us into another room and they gave us several towels to put underneath it until the next morning when someone could look at it. The next day, it was repaired. So, their service was excellent. It was very charming and eclectic. We enjoyed out stay!”

“This is marketed as a boutique hotel and priced accordingly. We paid 350 a night to stay in a room that had wall to wall carpet that was folded in the middle, a broken shower tap and toilet holder. One of the owners spoke passive-aggressively and condescendingly to us a couple of times. One of these times was when we were running 20 minutes over an 11am checkout - we proactively called ahead to warn and apologize. It was received quite rudely.
