“Very clean rooms, staff was very pleasant. It is a bit dated, but very clean room and linens.”

“This hotel is amazing!!!! Front desk staff super friendly, in fact, every employee I encountered was friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and decorated so great! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. So many options, and fully stocked. I highly recommend staying here. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I will be a repeat customer.”

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. I could feel vibrations in……

“Room was clean, and drag was superb but the toilet was difficult to flush. Also breakfast was ridiculous - I got there at 7:15am and there were 4 slices of white bread, a half a container of Froot Loops, and 4 or 5 bananas. That was it. Coffee was good though, so there's that”

“My room had a smell and a lot of stains on the floor and furniture. The pool was ice cold but very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. Stay away from room 121!”

“Normally we've had great experiences at Americinn hotels - this one, however, has some notable issues. I'm guessing it's a management thing, but our room was not incredibly clean - hair on sink, toilet and in bathtub. Chunk of something on faucet. Bed was so dipped in the center we had to switch rooms - but to their credit, the guy at the front desk was great about that. Pool was out of service STILL.”

“The room was a mess. Bugs all over the floor, wrappers on the floor, tub was rusty, bath mat was wet. Furniture in lobby was worn badly. We asked for a different room and the second room had chip crumbs on the floor so it wasn’t vacuumed either. I asked for a vacuum and vacuumed it myself. I was not offended a refund even after complaining to two different staff members. This place is absolutely disgusting. ”
