“Think twice before staying here! We were charged for two towels when we did not take anything from our room. When asked how they could prove we took two towels, they showed us a photo of our room before entry and low and behold, the photo only had two towels in it. It just felt very scammy with no actual proof. They also wouldn’t refund our deposit so it was $90 for two thin white towels that were never taken. After much arguing, they half heartedly agreed to refund us which we are still working……
