The condo we stayed in was filthy. There was urine on the bedspread in the upstairs bedroom, which made the whole room smell like urine. The closet in the downstairs had extra comforters. My husband pulled one out, and there were pieces of poop on it. We guessed dog turds from a small dog. It was nice being in a dog-friendly condo but I was not expecting that. I was pretty much cleaning everything myself after that. Outside of the condo, the place was amazing. The pool was nice, and the baby pool was an added bonus. The beach was beautiful. We had great weather, so there was no need to use the indoor amenities. However, it was nice knowing that there was an indoor pool in case of bad weather.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived at the apartment, check-in was really easy and we received everything we needed it. Parking was kind of difficult to figure out if we needed anything but ultimately you don’t need a tag so it’s fairly easy. I would just highlight that to potential renters. The apartment is very spacious and has almost everything that you need. We had a little bit of an issue with sheets and cleanliness of the outside area. But the rental company offered to come by to clean it as long as you are open and communicate, they will help you. The pools were still open and needed some cleaning, but it was nice that the outside pool was heated. There were a lot of kids that was very nice. Sadly I didn’t notice that this is a pet friendly apartment and someone must’ve had their cat so I had a lot of issues with my allergy but that’s an individual issue. The kitchen was nicely done and had everything you need. Overall we would return to the property. Note that beach access has stairs.

We enjoyed our stay. Did not realize the unity was a split level condo. That was a bit of a challenge. The rug in the living room area, really needs to be tossed, guessing the season was had on it.

Great place. Great location. Our unit was clean and cozy. I would give it a 5 if they would take care of a few things to make it perfect in the public areas. - the indoor pool and fitness center are in desparate need of attention. The are musty, moldy. The bathroom just needs completely updated, cleaned and maintained. The fitness center consists of 2 treads and 1 elliptical both of which are very nice but the free weights ( 6) were rusty and the floor mat gross. The outdoor bathrooms by the pool are super convenient but in much need of repair and cleaning. Also there was never any toilet paper, soap or paper towels during our entire stay in those bathrooms. The only complaint I have regarding our unit was the obvious pet stains on the carpet. If you are going to allow pets, don’t have carpet and if you do please have it cleaned and / or replaced more often. Overall a great place but could be over the top with just a few little improvements.

Overall great

My family and I have stayed at CSC numerous times over the years, so we have a good reference point. Overall, the unit was in good shape for a pet friendly unit. Issues of note: The master bedroom door is not properly lined up, so the door can’t be locked and can easily be pushed open. The master shower nozzle can’t be adjusted and sprays very wide, so it’s difficult to get the soap rinsed from your hair. And finally, the furniture in the upstairs bedroom seems to be leftovers and very mismatched. Facility wise: The elevators need some work. One only worked part of the time and the lights went out completely when we were in it, which was a bit scary. My daughter refused to get in them after, so she used the stairs. Beach wise: I’m not loving the new rentals on the beach, because they setup right in front of the condos, which makes those of us that bring our own supplies to have to carry them much farther.

Great location, wonderful property

Good sized apartment, good pool, and wonderful beach access. Booking process and everything else was seamless. Minor nit - the checking instructions clearly said that we had to enter the "#" sign along with the number to enter - that didn't work. Our curious kids simply put the number in, and it worked!
