"Brockway Springs is a great value. It has an excellent location. So very close to the restaurants, beach and shops. The views of the lake from the balconies are beautiful. The swimming pool, Sauna, tennis courts, club house and private dock are amazing. The home itself allows plenty of space to mingle and eat together. Sadly, both balconies were not cleaned but we just dealt with the dust & cobwebs. Beware! The spring mattresses need to be replaced. We managed to sleep because we were exhausted...

The town of King's Beach and the lake are very close by. 24 hour Safeway is also close by. The instructions for check in, check out, general property instructions, etc were clearly delivered via an app which made them easy to access and follow. We would definitely stay here again. "
