Friendly staff. Room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The only down side was this hotel does not have a swimming pool which I found interesting being a BW Plus.

The people who work at this hotel definitely set it apart. The service was fantastic! The lady running the front desk was warm and welcoming and the gal serving breakfast on that Sunday went up and beyond the call of duty. She was interacting with all of the guests eating breakfast and the breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we have ever had! The service level was really wonderful. The hotel itself is fairly outdated and could have been cleaner but the friendliness of the staff is why we will stay here again!

We enjoyed the exceptional breakfast, but everything about the hotel was a bit tired--from our room air conditioner that just never managed to fully cool things down, to the leaf-covered outdoor pool.
