“Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay.”

The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The property feels premium, calm, and well maintained. “There was no WiFi in the rooms. Room Service to ages to arrive. Quality of furnishings not great. TV was small. ”

“We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.”
