"If you are coming to Kep and expecting luxury, look somewhere else. Saravoan will provide you exactly what you need for the price you paid. The room is big enough and you really can't beat the view from your own balcony. Some amenities are run down but they do the job. The shower has hot and cold water, the a/c isn't the best there is out there but it does help cool your room to beat the heat. The staff is also amazing, super friendly. Limited in English but their charm and eager to help is there. If you want the best ocean view in Kep, stay in Saravoan."

The bed was so comfortable, the a/c also works to beat Cambodian heatwaves. The staff was also amazing, they are able to help me book Cathedral Kayak Tour and La Plantation. Bas and his team are just amazing, I wish I could have stayed for more than 2 nights."

Comfortable and luxurious rooms, good mosquito control, excellent food and service for dining and breakfast. Lovely well-maintained pool with shallow wading areas (great for kids!). Pier on shoreline was a nice place for enjoying Cambodian sunsets. Spa staff was as professional as any I’ve encountered in North America. Ground transportation was reliable and safe (tuk-tuk locally and car to Phnom Penh)."

The staff was simply rockstar level, with full attention to your every need. (Special shoutout to Moom) The complementary breakfast had a very nice selection options and the food was quite delicious. Finally, the restaurant setting, with scenic views of the river, was perfect."
