“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit……

“Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints.”

“We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. “Overall, our stay was okay, but it did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The biggest disappointment was that the apartment did not look like the photos. It felt much smaller than expected, and the space was quite cramped. We also expected it to be closer to public transportation, but the nearest subway station was about a 15-minute walk away.
