“The room was great. All beds was comfortable except one. The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast area was extremely nice!! However, apparently don't get many English speaking people. I speak very little German, but I tried. Check in was a little rude. **Please note the restaurant attached to not part of the hotel. We got there around 7 pm and decided to just to eat there instead of going elsewhere, the host was rude, told us we had to have reservations. He did find us a table,……

“The staff were incredible and very friendly. From the time we checked in we realized this is a very special hotel. The room was beautiful and the largest we had during our stay in Germany and Austria, with a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and offered many choices.
